Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days across India.
1. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30 handling charge
2. Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
- During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 2 business days
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner's website or the link provided in the email.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you may re-request delivery at an additional shipping charge.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may become undeliverable if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable after 3 attempts
- The package is refused at delivery
For prepaid orders that are returned to us, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive the package, minus the original shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit or goes missing:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Share photos of the damaged packaging/products via email
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
