Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Yami Luxe purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The product is not a hygiene item (earrings are non-returnable once the seal is broken)
- The product was not purchased during a final-sale event
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) — unless the product is defective
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards or store credits
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Please:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at support@yamiluxe.com with your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@yamiluxe.com with subject line: "Return — Order #[your order number]"
- Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at the designated courier location or schedule a pickup
5. Return Shipping
- Defective / wrong items: We bear the return shipping cost
- Change of mind / other reasons: Customer bears the return shipping cost (₹49–₹99 depending on weight)
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund is processed within 2–3 business days of receipt
- The amount is credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 business days
- COD refunds are issued via NEFT/bank transfer or store credit
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value. To exchange an item, initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, your refund will reflect in your account.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — you may initiate a return after delivery instead.
